Feeling Uncertain About the Market? You’re Not Alone.
Even with everything going on this year, buyer and seller activity in Bend is still tracking with seasonal norms. In fact, the $500K and $600K price ranges are currently the second and third strongest-selling brackets in the area.
So why does it still feel so uncertain?
If you're thinking about buying or selling but hesitating because of all the economic noise, you're not crazy. There’s a lot to sort through right now, and it’s hard to make a confident decision when the headlines are this loud.
That’s where I come in. I help people cut through the noise and make clear, informed decisions based on the facts, not the fear.
If you’ve been wondering whether it’s the right time to make a move, I’d love to grab coffee and walk through what’s really happening—no pressure, no sales pitch. Just the clarity you might be missing—because in the end, it’s not my decision to make. It’s yours.
📩 Reach out anytime. I’m always up for a good conversation.

🪩 First Friday - May edition
The calendar has turned over to May, and that means it’s time for another First Friday. After checking out the art at the Old Mill, make your way downtown for a throwback party. Wear your best ’70s bell-bottoms or '80s neon, check off all the items at the scavenger hunt, and prepare to dance the night away (we heard there might be a pop-up dance party around 5:30 🤫).
🤝 Come hang out with us
On May 28th, we’re hosting our first meetup at BendTECH coworking space, and you’re invited! This month’s theme is work-from-home/remote worker networking, so if you spend way too much time at your home office or in the corner of a local coffee shop and want to get out and meet some new folks, this is the event for you!
BendTECH is graciously providing the space and some beverages for the event. If you’d like to attend, it takes place on May 28th from 5:30 - 7 PM. You can RSVP here.
And just a reminder that our May premium member perk is a one-month floating desk pass at BendTECH (that would normally cost you 300 big ones). There’s still time to sign up and get in on this deal!

🍕 Abe Capanna’s to open a brick-and-mortar location: Abe Capanna’s, the Detroit-style pizza cart parked at Crosscut, is expanding into a brick-and-mortar location this summer. There is no word yet on the exact location, but the owner, Cliff Abrahams, told the Bulletin that it will be on the east side near St. Charles. Perhaps Hablo Taco will be getting a new neighbor 🤔
