Meet Doug Goodgion, Physician Associate at OnePeak Medical
Doug Goodgion, PA-C, has always been drawn to understanding the “why” behind symptoms. After years in the Emergency Department treating problems only after they became acute, he now brings a preventative focus to primary care at OnePeak Medical.
Doug works with patients to understand what’s at the root of their symptoms, focusing on long-term wellness rather than quick fixes. He blends conventional and functional medicine approaches, working with each patient to create a care plan that fits their unique goals and lifestyle. His specialties include men’s health, testosterone optimization, and lifestyle support - helping patients feel better and maintain optimal health over time.
Outside the clinic, you can find Doug outdoors - backpacking, running, or cycling – or enjoying a carefully brewed cup of coffee.
Whether you’re experiencing common symptoms like low energy and unwanted weight changes, or just feeling “off,” OnePeak Medical meets you where you’re at.
We accept most major insurances and are accepting new patients in Bend and Redmond.

🎬️ Film Fest kicks off
The 22nd annual Bend Film Festival kicks off today (Oct 8th) with showings around town every day through Sunday. You can check out the full schedule of films here.
The Bend Film Fest is more than just movies, though. There is the block party at The Commons on Thursday, the opening night party at The Capitol, and a film pitch competition. You can buy passes that get you into every showing or pick and choose your favorites.
☘️ Environmental Center Groundbreaking Celebration
The Environmental Center in downtown Bend is getting closer to breaking ground on a big-time overhaul of its 100-year-old building. To get ready, they need to clear out their old garden space. So bring a shovel and a pot, and take home one of their beautiful native plants. The event is free, but donations are always appreciated. And don’t worry, the garden will be back and better than ever after the renovation is complete. Thursday 4:30 - 6:30 PM
BUSINESS HAPPENINGS
🧖 Gather Sauna House is back at Riverbend Park: Gather Sauna House is back at Riverbend Park for the fall/winter/spring season! Don’t worry, Eastsiders, their space at Hanai will remain open throughout the winter, so now you have double the opportunity to get your sauna/cold plunge on.
☕️ Little Cole Coffee officially opens for business: Specialty coffee trailer Little Cole Coffee is open for business with their first pop-up at Somewhere That’s Green. You can find them there today (October 8th) through the weekend from 8 AM to 2 PM. Follow along on Instagram to see where they’ll be popping up next.
🍷 Bend Wine Bar is now the Winery at Manzanita: A lot is happening around the Box Factory right now (more on that soon), and Bend Wine Bar wanted to get in on the fun. Bend Wine Bar is now known as The Winery at Manzanita. While the name may be new, the owners, wines, and vibes have not changed. As an added bonus, you can now drive by the shop to check out their new signs as Lava Pass (the road between the Box Factory and Jack Straw) is officially open.
