š ļø Bend Homes Taking Longer to Sell
Every real estate nerdās favorite monthly report, The Beacon Report, dropped its November edition last week, and one number really jumped off the page. The number of days on the market for sold properties hit a level not seen since before the pandemic. What does that mean in the grand scheme of things for real estate in Bend? Beats me, Iām just a newsletter writer. But it was kinda interesting (and youāre not alone if your house is taking more than a few days to sell).
BUSINESS HAPPENINGS
š„ A new disc golf store opens: Bend has a brand new disc golf store, as Dingerz Disc Golf Warehouse has opened a physical location on the east side of town, across the street from Winco. If you want to check them out, youāll have to wait one more day as they are closed on Mondays (but open every other day of the week).
š§ Flux Thermal Lounge opens at the Century Center: Flux Thermal Lounge has officially opened their brand new contrast therapy space in the Century Center. Here you can enjoy their hot soak and cold plunge pools, either with a one-off visit or through their monthly membership. Right now, they are open Wednesday through Sunday.
