Fill out the quick survey, pay the $16 matching fee, and we’ll send you to a restaurant with 5 other strangers where you can get to know each other over dinner. And afterwards, we’ll all meet up for a beverage or two at a local watering hole.

BUSINESS HAPPENINGS
🚵 Pine Mountain Sports is changing hands: Longtime owners of Pine Mountain Sports, Dan and Michelle, have decided to pass the business on to new owners. Rafe and Lydia Lehner (who also own Mt. View Cycles in Hood River) will be taking the reins as the company moves into its next era. Rest assured that if you have service being done on your gear, gift cards, store credit, or just like stopping by and chatting with the crew, you shouldn’t see any changes.
👚 River Bend Resale Boutique to close: The headline says it all. River Bend Resale Boutique is closing its doors, and everything in the store is discounted. While the store may be closing, they still plan on hosting their 3x/year consignment events at Seventh Mountain Resort. The next one will be taking place in late September.
🛋 Thistle Gifts & Goods soft opening: A new boutique home and artisan goods store is holding its soft opening on Tuesday. Thistle Gifts & Goods is located at 19855 4th St. #104 in Tumalo and will be open from 11 AM - 6 PM.
🍿 Brown Bag popcorn moves across the street: One of our favorite snack spots in town, Brown Bag Popcorn, has moved…but not far. They were previously located next to Bonta Gelato in downtown Bend, and now they are right across the street, along the alley by Thump Coffee.

TOGETHER WITH FALLING LEAF TREE CARE

Hey everyone, if you've got tree work to take care of around Bend, Scott's been a licensed arborist here for over 10 years.
If he looks familiar, you might've spotted him up at Bachelor as he's been a ski instructor there for years, too.
He runs Falling Leaf Tree Care, a small family business. He's easy to work with, keeps things simple, and takes the time to actually understand what you're after. Whether it's tidying up a backyard, getting overgrown trees back under control, or just making your yard a little easier to manage through the seasons.
He's got some openings this month and next, so if it's been on your list, reach out for a free estimate.
