SNAPSHOTS
šļø Free shred day at the Bank
Ever had to sit on the phone for hours with the fraud team at various banks and other lending institutions? If not, Iād highly recommend doing everything possible to avoid it. A great way to help prevent this pain is by shredding those old bank statements, medical bills, and anything else with personal details that you wouldnāt want falling into the wrong hands. If you donāt have a shredder at home, then bring those papers down to Washington Bank on NE 3rd St between 10 AM & 1 PM on Tuesday for their free shred day.

šļø Greenhouse Cabaretās next show is launching soon
Want to both help support the arts in Central Oregon and check out a spectacular performance in an intimate theatre setting? The Greenhouse Cabaret is set to launch their next production, The Wolves, on August 8th. This one-act, 90-minute performance will give you an inside glimpse āabout the intensity and sheer raw energy of teenage girls in soccer, and a snapshot glimpse into the private conversations that go on in their stretching circles.ā The shows run Wed-Sun from August 8th through the 24th, and you can purchase tickets here.
BUSINESS HAPPENINGS
š Abe Capannaās opens an East Side Location: Popular Detroit-style pizza food truck, Abe Capannaās, has opened its new brick-and-mortar East Side location in the same building as Hablo Tacos, Lone Pine, and Cuppa Yo. Over the weekend, they rolled out with a soft opening and now should have the full menu up and running. A quick check of their website still shows only the food truck location at Crosscut, so be sure to double-check before placing an online order.
š A new Chinese Takeout Option in NWX: So I tried posting a reel about this last week, but didnāt do a great job of explaining that Thai Table and their new Chinese takeout concept, Dragon Chinese Kitchen, would be operating out of the same space. Now that I have your undivided attention - hereās the deets. Thai Table in NWX is still serving up their tasty Thai food for dine-in or takeout, AND they have added a new Chinese concept for takeout only. So if youāre craving some Chow Fun or Kung Pao Chicken, you can order it here.
