TOGETHER WITH

Good morning, Bend! Kids are heading back to school across town this morning. Hug your little ones, thank our teachers, and remember that today is Wednesday which means it’s early out day.

In today’s Bend Buzz:

  • 🍽 Breweries & restaurants standing together

  • 🍗 Wonderland Chicken closing

  • 🎶 More concert announcements

Let’s get to it.

— Derek Carlson

This Friday and Saturday, two of the most innovative and critically acclaimed contemporary dance companies perform at the Tower Theatre.

Montreal’s Tentacle Tribe in PRISM
&
Vancouver’s Rebecca Margolick in BUNKER

Tentacle Tribe brings their genre- and gravity-defying dance work, PRISM, to the United States for the first time. Just having performed in London, PRISM features 5 dancers inside a giant moving, mirrored set, which multiplies dimensions and bodies, creating a beautiful visual delight.

”A triumph of artistic collaboration, PRISM is a mesmerizing fusion of form and feeling.  This spectacular UK debut is a real treat for dance lovers and theatre goers alike.” The Spy in the Stalls, London.

From one award-winning artist to another - Rebecca shares her original work BUNKER  that’s been performed in 13 different countries. Her transcendent performance completes an evening that will be full of light for all.
