It Doesn’t Feel Like a Buyer’s Market—But it quietly Is.
Buyer fatigue is real right now.
Rates are high. Prices are sticky. And every headline feels like another reason to wait.
But here’s the thing most people don’t see: throughout Bend, homes are sitting longer, price reductions are stacking up, and sellers are more open to negotiation than they’ve been in a while. These aren’t bad homes, they’re just in pockets of the market that are getting less attention.
Let’s be real, buying in Bend isn’t easy, and for many, it’s just not possible right now. But if you’re on the edge and unsure whether this market makes sense for you, I’m happy to help cut through the noise and talk options.
