🎵 Enjoy Some Music with a Local Flair
The Homegrown Music Festival gets fully underway on Friday with an impressive lineup of local musicians performing across five stages at the Century Center. The fun kicks off at 4 PM on Friday and runs way past my bedtime. On Saturday, the fest starts at 10 AM with dancing with Get Up and Groove, followed by bands playing from 1 PM to the closing ceremony at 10:15. You can check out the full schedule here.
🌊 Splash Pad Opens at Alpenglow
This one is for you, parents. The splash pad at Alpenglow Park in SE Bend has officially reopened for the summer. The waves (ok - maybe they’re more like splashes) start up at 10 AM and run until 8 PM daily.
